Sadly they will still probably barely slip into the expanded playoff, considering they hoid a 4.5 game for the last spot right now.....then of course get promptly embarrassed by whoever the #1 seed is

Yup so much for Indians baseball. They might not even make the playoffs. Probably will lose 2 more games tonight and tomorrow night. They will be lucky if they get a hit tonight against Darvish

Theyd really have to gag to miss the playoffs. Theres only 13 games left and they are +4.5 games on the Mariners for the last spot (Seattle has 12 games remaining)

With 4 games against Detroit and 3 against the woeful Pirates......yea.

Seattle has 2 vs Giants, 3 vs Padres, 3 vs Astros and 4 vs A's. Much tougher stretch for them.

I suppose Detroit is technically still alive too though, at 5.5 games back. Along with Baltimore at 5 back.
