Cleveland Indians Thread of Malaise (2014 Season)

Hell for $370,000 I will do what Santana does for $3,700,000. Heck I would settle for $37,000 even. I can stand there and either get out or walk every single at bat too. Heck just sticking the bat out over the plate I have a chance to hit for as good as average as him. There is a slump, and then there is just sucking ass.

Well that game sure had a little of everything...so which Indians team is it? The one that baby sealed the Tigers, or the one that got taken behind the shortbus for some tailpipe work by the As? Unfortunately, it appears to be both.

This is a schizophrenic organization. Last year, they beat up on the sisters of the poor and got bamboo whipped by the tiggers. This year, the opposite...

Well McAllister is on the DL.....TJ House up from Columbus will make his first MLB start tomorrow

Good thing they didnt give Masterson a huge extension......guy has completely come undone this year, velocity down and just a total mess

But hey another win! keep it up ya bums! Even at 2 games under .500 they are still only 2 games out of the Wildcard at this point

Hopefully McAllister's dreadful start is health related and not him simply regressing. Masterson laid another turd last night. He has been awful this year, and frankly, I don't think he's worth #1 money at all. He's only good every other year.

Lonnie Chisenhall:groove: Put him at third base and put Santana on the bench until Lonnie comes back to earth.
I agree let Chis play. I don't expect he'd keep this up given regular at bats, but he can't be worse than Santana. Let Santana get some ABs as a DH. I'm thinking the position switch messed with his head. He's never been the masher he was expected to be, but he was never anywhere near this bad.
