Cleveland Indians (official 2012 season)

Excellent win, some good 2 out hitting, including even by Hafner, who was 1 foul tip for about 35 with RISP. Krotchrot has finally started hitting, and Choo is quite a sparkplug in the leadoff spot. Hell I nver thought I'd say this but even Jose Lopez looks valuable. If we had anyone who could play LF and hit a lick, this team could have a competitive lineup.

ha...

Ubaldo Jimenez continues to be a disappointment. Yes, he picked up the win and technically was credited with a quality start tonight, but that performance was anything but quality. He's just the third Indians pitcher since 2000 to walk six and allow five hits and still pick up the victory. In other words, it was a fluke. Jimenez has now walked five or more batters five times this season -- the only other team with that many five-walk starts is the Blue Jays (also with five).

anytime a W is put up with Ubaldo on the mound it's awesome, especially against Detoilet

9 home games during the month of June for the Indians. If they are in 1st place July 1 I will get interested and might even boo Perez:(

Someone please find me a left fielder. That is a sad state of affairs:bonk:
