Cleveland Indians (official 2012 season)

Hey, fuck, this team with B-listers and AA players managed to put 7 up today...that's plenty of offense. Lowe is going to have a clunker when his sinker sits up...but fuck, Smith and Sipp are dogmeat. Nice to see Accardo get some guys out, which should move Smith back to Acevedo territory, because he and Sipp flat suck right now.

Can someone please explain to me the logic of anyone in this front office? They send Dan Wheeler packing after getting torched in Boston, but somehow THBP Asencio (that's The Human Batting Practice) still has a fucking job. I would like to hear one person explain how that makes sense of any kind.

Diaz might be surprised but I am shocked that he is up playing with the Indians. Well, they do get Kansas City after the White Sox so maybe they will stay in first place for another week:lol:
Rookie Juan Diaz is still surprised to be in the big leagues and starting at shortstop for the Indians. So are a number of other people who might wonder why Jason Donald wasn't called up Friday before All-Star shortstop Asdrubal Cabrera injured his left hamstring against the White Sox.

Very confusing to say the least. He must have lost his mechanics going over the Mississippi. What a waste of 2 good arms that went West.
Cleveland -- Tribe General Manager Chris Antonetti, talking to reporters before Monday's 8-5 victory over Kansas City, said when the Indians scouted Ubaldo Jimenez last year, they saw consistent mechanics from the 6-5, 210-pound right-hander. Since acquiring him from Colorado on July 31, Jimenez has been the model of inconsistency.

What is Antonetti yapping about, the Indians are the ones messing with his mechanics, they have been since they got him. They're the ones who weren't worried about his arm when they got him from the Rockies because of that.

Uggh.

Maybe they should just send him back to the Rockies for a few months to get his mechanics restraighten or what ever.
