I could have told you all about Mark Reynolds. Eventually he'll settle into a role that will allow him to go 1 for 5 with a homer and 2-3 K's per game later on this summer.

A .300 batting averages isn't [Mark May] if you get hits when you're up 10-0 or strike out the side up 7-0 or down 8-1. What Goddamned matters is if you get a hit with a guy on and 2 outs down by 1. Or strike out the side when tied 1-1.
Stats are bull[Mark May].
[censored] Mark Reynolds and that Shaw asshole.
y0yoyoin;2346751; said:likely? it IS who we are stuck with...but shapiro and antonetti knew that when they signed him to a one year contract...they knew they were getting a 20+ HR guy who should hit for around 75-90 RBI's, hit for around a .240 avg and strike out 400 times...if the guy didn't strike out as much and hit for a better average do you think he would be on the indians? hell no...he would be on the yankees because he would be an all star and we wouldnt be able to afford him...and baltimore probably would of resigned him anyways...the guy has been streaky all his career...you just have to look at the bigger picture...lets hope for the indians sake that he gets hot just like he did last year when it matters in august and september
Bucklion;2346804; said:Won't matter if they're 15 out of the wild card chase by then. He had better get hot again in July to split the break, or it won't matter what he does the last 6 weeks of the season.
