Reynolds might be the worst major league baseball player I have ever seen in my life. Besides K'ing every other at bat he can't fucking buy a clutch hit.

I have years of experience watching baseball. I have come to conclude that most statistics are utter bullshit. What matters is "the clutch". A .300 batting averages isn't shit if you get hits when you're up 10-0 or strike out the side up 7-0 or down 8-1. What Goddamned matters is if you get a hit with a guy on and 2 outs down by 1. Or strike out the side when tied 1-1.

Stats are bullshit.


Fuck Mark Reynolds and that Shaw asshole.

Cleveland Indians baseball is like playing whack a mole. Something is always popping up. It starts with the starting rotation being a shit show. Then the bullpen goes to shit. For every good sign, something goes wrong. Kluber and McAllister show to be potential MOR pitchers and McAllister gets hurt. Carrasco is finally back and hopefully with his head on straight.

So of course the bullpen goes to shit with the closer thinking he's Pablo Escobar and the lockdown setup man getting hurt.

And of course Santana, Swisher and Cabrera have all been hurt.

reynolds is in a funk for sure...and hes still leading the team in home runs and RBI's...sorry to throw stats out there since u dont care about those...mr clutch, jason kipnis, grounded out to end the game and had the bases loaded twice and couldnt convert...so i guess he fucking sucks too

Mark Reynolds had a hot few weeks. That's all. His last couple of seasons indicate the human windmill he's been recently is likely who we're stuck with.
