Cleveland Indians (2011 Season)

I guess that's what I thought also but the name that Shapiro mentioned besides White was a Latino name. I would have recognized Huff unfortunately. I was just very surprised when Shapiro mentioned White's name.

Jeanmar Gomez? I think he's already up, but that would make some sense, I guess.

Tribe up 7-3 thanks to a pair of homers from Hannahan, and one each from LaPorta and Choo. Decent outing from Masterson, and he's in line for the W if the pen can hold.

They need to look at moving Santana down in the order...he's essentially useless at this point. He's putting up Marson 2010 numbers and that's a little troubling.

Perez has not looked real good the past several times out. Doesn't matter tonight with a 6 run cushion, but down the road, it's gonna be an issue. I don't have a lot of confidence in him holding a tight lead right now. :(

Carrasco to the DL, Sowers...errr Huff the likely call up to throw batting practice :smash:
Ugh, that sucks. Initial reports were the MRI was fine and he was gonna throw a light bullpen session today. Must not have gone well.

Good chance for Alex White, maybe. 1-0, 1.90 ERA, 23.2 IP, 19 hits, 28/5 K/BB. Might be too young and some other stuff that holds him back (super 2 talk?).
