Cleveland Indians (2011 Season)

What the heck does the Tribe have to do to get the "greatest fans in baseball" to start attending games, again? They're off to a great start, it's not cold, and there still isn't much of a crowd.

After all, it's not like they've sucked for 18 straight years. :(

I think it's a wait and see approach. If they're still performing in a few weeks, the crowds will start showing. I think a large portion of the fanbase is still pretty jaded from the C.C./Cliff/Victor trades.

I had plans for a week to go to the game last night and the wonderful weather reporters we have said STORMS! STORMS! STORMS! OMG STAY INDOORS! so we decided to wait and go Friday night instead.

Then I sat home with the doors and windows open with a nice 75degree breeze coming through the house without a drop of rain during the game. Fucking mother fucking fucks.

7-2 Tribe win, 1st place for 3rd week, probably 3.5 games up.

Good times.
...and they've bounced back from two bad losses that I was convinced were gonna send them into a tailspin. Granted the Royals appear to be turning back into the royals, but still...they bounced back.

Just keep grindin'...

They had more important things to attend...

The Minor League Hockey team was in a game 7 in the playoffs (which they lost). It is sad that the Cleveland Monsters outdrew the Cleveland Indians :sad2:
