Cleveland Cavs (2016 NBA Champions)

Deron Williams is finally integrating... and adjusting to the Cavs faster style vs the slow half court he started here with
I still believe Thompson is hurt... not bad.. but impacting his play
How obvious was it last night that we missed the elements of Kevin Love we take for granted.. he was the stick that stirred the drink last night
His presence on the boards was THE most missed

I really like Derrick Williams... but when you think back about draft day when it was.. Williams or Kyrie... oh my
Not a Felder fan... I know he has to try too hard cuz he's the rook.. but he's a disaster when he does.. a walking turnover machine

NBA scheduling... amusing
Cavs spend most of March on the road; 12 away games
Boston has been at home since March 19 and doesn't go on the road till April 2; then one game (Miami) and immediately back home to play Cavs @ Boston

Setting my expectations... ain't gonna happen this year... don't feel 'it'
altho the most important thing.. is to be hot for a month...

Did you feel it last year? This group really needs to learn how to play good team D. They have the firepower to beat anyone as long as enough guys can get hot at once. Hopefully they can ratchet up the D when the playoffs roll around. This end part of the schedule is brutal for the Cavs. They have so many back to back's that it's hard to take any of the games too seriously. Younger teams like the Wizards are able to handle back to backs better than the Cavs, but once the playoffs start they have a day or two of rest between each game. I'm not going to worry yet. At least we don't have to worry about the Cavs peaking too soon.

By my count thats 6 wins in the last 14 games.
We are hot garbage right now.
Problem is that Liggins and Derrick are basically out of the rotation because we cant keep a lead.
Lue is forced to play Lebron 40 a night just to give us a chance at winning. We cant rest Lebron cause the rest of the team gives up when we do.

This is bad. Kyrie needs rest too before the playoffs. Are we forgetting how prone he is? Worst of all, we really need the one seed...worst case scenario is that we have to play Boston and Wizards. I want no part of the Wizards in the playoffs. Wall and Beal are beasts.

By this time last year, Cavs were starting to really gel.. when a game was close, I fully expected the Cavs to close it out... currently, I have doubts
@exhawg you are correct... if we get hot... but right now, I'm not seeing it... Channing Frye, where are you? I don't wonder about JR. I do wonder about Shump.. sometimes I miss Delly
does anyone else think there are times the Cavs pass TOO MUCH.. like where you're right there at the basket, why pass to the wing? lay it in...
and why the brain farts in passing across court only to have it picked off by the backside-of-the-key defender

and I am concerned that we're getting pummeled... and no whistles... conspiracy

Maybe you werent watching, but they were looking like complete shit without Durant. They lost two starters and two good backups to get him.

Teams learned how easily they could body up Curry and Thompson, muscle them out of rhythm. But they didnt back down, everyone got more active. More passing and cutting without the ball.

When i watch GS and the Spurs play, what I see are two of the best coaches in the league.

When I watch the cavs play I see one of the worst coaches in the league.
