Cleveland Cavs (2016 NBA Champions)

My civilian supervisor at work is a GS fan, and he's been very quiet about the series so far. I had a chat with him this morning and told him that I see no way the Cavs are going to win at home after getting smoked twice...he said he feels the Cavs will win game 3 at least. Guess we'll have to see...

You guys are wasting your time considering whether the Cavs can take Game 3. They have no shot to take the series.

They still have the Heywood trade exception until sometime in August that they can use.
So who are they going to trade or get in the trade that would improve this roster? I mean he could get the banana boat crew back together (Melo and Wade) but I fail to see how that's an improvement. Bottom line this team is trapped in Cap hell again because of a OMG we have to win now and do what Lebron wants mentality

huge groan. let's pretend for a second that he 100% should have gotten a suspension....that still doesn't mean they lose. [Mark May].....they're torching the Cavs without the MVP of the league.
.. another groan... backatcha.. they were on the ropes... and taking Green out would have done them in.. a view shared by virtually every sport analysts when it occurred
but I admit, we're being torched

I concur... your forward gets his head handed to himself and nothing.. but you're so on top of it you can call travelling...
actually made me wonder of conspiracies about fixes... cuz NBA is responsible for Warriors being here... by overlooking Green's kick to the groin

That hit on love was clearly inadvertent. It was a foul but nothing egregious and missed calls happen on both sides. But if a conspiracy theory helps you sleep at night, by all means. I think the Warriors have done more than enough to justify their hype.

FWIW, Dustin Fox on the radio today said he got info that the Cavs were out partying after game 2...of so, that's a bad look.

If they didn't party after Game 1, then I am all for it...I am up to change anything at this point. Not like it could possibly get worse. With the sarcasm font slightly off though, they have all but packed it in imo.

@OregonBuckeye don't go grandstanding... didn't say it was 'egregious' but a much more visible call than the travelling call on LeBron 30 seconds later.. and in EXACT same spot

appreciative you care about my sleep.. so maybe you can now go back to sleep cuz I'm fine

Is there a defensive stopper available anywhere? Preferably a big man. Greg Oden 100% healed and ready to go, type of player???

Tristan Thompson has been invisible making it very tough for the Cavs to do anything on either end in the paint. The shooting has been putrid and then the effort looks at times to not be there. They just freaking panic when GS makes a run. Brutal.

They're letting Tristan switch onto the guards.. and he's not mobile enough to get back... then the backside help isn't there...
defensively...they are a total mess right now.. other than stopping Curry and Thompson

when you see a man under the basket and no one within 10 feet of him... you know your defense is a disaster

Completely disagree that LeBron folds or runs away... he's all in... trying to do what's right by all... and not merely for himself.. has never been selfish back to high school... that's who he is... to the core..
no one wins by himself... Jordan had Pippen, Rodman and Horace Grant, Kukoc wasn't bad either; Kobe had Shaq, Horry, Fisher, Brian Shaw and Sally
this is actually validated by the fact Curry and Klay have been neutralized in games 1 & 2.. yet here we are

Cavs have players.. but for some reason... in the championships.. they disappear... what happens to JR and even Frye
The one that has shown up is Jefferson and there's always James Jones... too bad he can't defend a goal post
