Cleveland Cavs (2016 NBA Champions)

this is the pivotal game of the year.

a win and cleveland can end up picking as low as 7th or 8th with some bad lottery luck.

the good news is that the bulls need to win out to try and get the top overall seed and have homecourt in the nba finals, so, they may not actually sit everybody on thursday.

really, kyrie needs to come down with the flu or something. i'd sit everybody and start the albino lineup of semi erden, luke harangody, omri casspi, luke walton, and i guess donald sloan. the only good thing is washington is locked into the #2 record, so they have no motivation to lose, and winning some down the stretch gives them some hope.

Daryl Ruiter reported on Twitter that Irving is suffering from the stomach flu... :banger:

When the Cavs went up by 8 in the first quarter, I was a little nervous. Then, the turd brigade entered and played most of the remaining minutes. Ok, let's finish the tank tonight.

while irving gave 10 minutes of time because they were at home, I see little to no chance of him playing at all tonight.

More importantly, only a two way tie for third worst record. The Hornets were winning most of the game but gagged at the end.

Next step is to win the coin flip. Win that and the worst they pick would be sixth. Of course, we're thinking the other way, let's move up to #1 and just take Davis.

statistically speaking, even if the cavs lose the coin toss, it's pretty safe to say they won't pick worse than 5th.
