Cleveland Cavs (2016 NBA Champions)

statistically speaking, even if the cavs lose the coin toss, it's pretty safe to say they won't pick worse than 5th.

So we need to hope the balls fall the right way and the Cavs can move up to 1 or 2, but as long as they are in the top 5 they will get a good player. IMO talent falls off a little after 5.

Questions for the board, If we pick third, and Thomas, and Gilchrist are gone, who would you pick? Would you take Robinson over Beal, if both were available, or Drummond?

I assume you meant Davis not Thomas in your scenario.

And they'11 take Drummond 11 times out of 10 if they're at 3 and he's available.

id prefer Beal...next best for me is Robinson then i guess Drummond...im not a fan of players who have an extrordinary amount of talent and then do not live up to any of their potential, such as Drummond and perry jones...that is a big character issue for me...why i would like to take Beal before Drummond

So the list goes:
Davis
MKG
Drummond
Beal

barring personal workouts and such, I'd say this is true.

the cavs won the coin toss, so they get the #3 slot by the by. so, the absolute worst they can pick is 6, and statistically speaking, it's like an 84% chance of them picking top 4.

Yea, we got#3 into the lottery. Davis and MKG are first and second. I love Beal, but if Drummond shows good in pre-draft workouts, then I'd love the big. I'm not a big fan of Robinson, but only because of TT already here.

You forgot to mention that Nick Gilbert was the one present at the toss, and dan gilbert just tweeted we won the tie breaker for our 2nd first rounder which i believe will be #24...whats not to like?

Thought that the LAL coin toss was for our second 1st round pick, which will be at 24.
