Cleveland Cavs (2016 NBA Champions)

What is RCF?

BTW, Perry Jones seems to have played himself out of the top ten.

The best thing to happen to PJ3 is that Baylor lost so he can't continue showing what an overrated player he really is. I've just never seen it with him.

Glad to see Florida lose because Beal has been playing too damn good. I'd love for him to be available if the Cavs pick in the 7 spot. Now, if they win an upgade to the top 3 in the lottery, I'd love MKG, if it's not the #1 pick.

Agreed with Beal or MKG. But IMO, PJ III has the talent but his work ethic and his BB IQ seems to be what's lacking. Watched him yesterday and it looks like he's not very motivated. I would take Quincy Acy or Perre Jackson before Jones at this point because of what they bring to the team.

The Detroit comeback win was nice. They were down by double digits in the fourth. On the other hand, thanks for blowing that win, Sacramento.

I have to believe Sacramento will pick up enough in the draft this year, we may see that draft pick next year.

Watch they draft PJ3 to team up with DeMarcus Cousins. :(

Since when do NBA teams draft based on performance?

Considering he had an entire year to impress scouts, and didn't do very much of it.. He was being mentioned as a possible lottery pick in last year's draft. I can't imagine him even being in the Top 15 now.

This is the first year I really followed along the mock drafts. My interest was aroused this year, because the Cavs should have 4 picks in in the top 40. Two things came to my attention.

Even though the NBA no longer takes players out of high school, they are still scouting the crap out of the high school ranks. Kyrie Irving was the the number one ranked high school player according to Scout. As you guys know, he only played a handful of college games. Here's a link to a "very early" 2013 mock draft, notice the first two players:

The other thing I found noteworthy was how much a player's performance in the NCAA Tournament effected their draft stock. Jeremy Lamb, has been projected as a lottery pick all year based in large part, on his outstanding tournament play last year. Sadly my main man, William Buford has seen his draft stock plunge:(

Yea, that makes no sense to include high school seniors.

I try to stay away from sites like Walterfootball and bleacherreport. They may be fine for football, but their hoops leaves alot to be desired.

Walterfootball's 20212 mock has the Cavs taking Dion Waiters with their first pick, while Bradley Beal and Lamb are both available.

I've only heard Waiters compared to Wade 2 times. Coincidence?
