I don't think any amount of rest during the playoffs is going to fix Kyrie or even improve him enough to make it worth it. He had over a week off after Boston and it's still an issue. He's a good shooter and has an amazing handle, so I think it would be better if he could get used to playing in his current condition. Kyrie's game doesn't rely on athleticism like Rose's so he should be able to produce on offense even with his reduced mobility. Just need to cut back his minutes a little and try to hide him on D. I do like the lineup of Lebron, Smith, Shump, TT, and either Mozzy or Delly.

He came off of that week of rest with a 30 point game to open this series, though. There's no way he could replicate that in his current condition. I agree that the Cavs should proactively design a couple of smart plays around him now. Whether it's catch and shoots or setting another player up (like he did a few times in the last game), he has to be more involved. LeBron must be exhausted running the offense every time down the floor.
