Long story short.. in addition to our own picks. The Cavs have 2012, 2013 and 2015 first round picks from Miami (with some qualifiers that if the 2013 pick is top 10 protected in '13 or'14, the 2015 pick will come 2 years after that one).

A 2012,13,14,15,16, or 17 1st round pick from Sacremento which is protected in the corresponding years at 14, 13, 12, 10, 10, and 10)

So, there's 4 extra 1st rounders in the the next 3 or 4 years, prolly.

Then...

Second round

'12 from New Orleans (via Miami)

'13 From Orlando

'14 From Orlando

So hopefully Tom Heckert helps them out and takes RGIII

I recall when we did the sign and trade of Lebron, we were to get some first round draft picks. All the mock drafts show Miami still has this year's pick.

Are we allowed to bash nba players?

If so, Semi Erden sucks so bad. He cannot be our best option at C. I'd rather see Ryan Hollins that him. Still go get an undrafted FA or something that has some athleticism and is lacking bc he is raw, b/c Erden sucks at both.

Play Tristan Thompson over Erden altogether. He shouldn't see more than 7-8 min a game simply to rest Av or TT.

In hindsight, taking that flyer on BJ Mullens for a second rounder would have been genius. A lost opportunity.

The problem is, the NBA is trying to get all these international big men into the league, yet all they are good for is perimeter shooting, the occasional rebound, and an assist to make the stats look nice.

Gone are the days of Shaq. :( BIG, physical centers just don't seem to be a regular occurrence these days.

i guarantee beyond all doubt that you've never watched ryan hollins play basketball if you would take him over erden. erden could get his arn stuck in a wood chipper and his left eye gouged out and he's still better than ryan hollins.

Yeah, but who wants to see JJ Hickson make a run in the playoffs? Not this guy.

Realistically, that won't happen though. Sac-town doesn't have the fire power of the LA's, Dallas, SA, Phx, etc.

Sac already hates hickson. it took all of about 4 games before they realized they got screwed in that trade, regardless of how pedestrian casspi looks.
