The only difference is Dallas (someone correct me if I'm wrong but I remember reading this) hired someone to basically take Dez around and make sure that he keeps his nose clean. Dez stayed out of trouble and is now one of the best WRs in the league. The Browns didn't do enough and now instead of having a top 5 WR, they have a liability. The organization counts for a lot more than smart drafting.

I think you have to hire a guy to watch a player 24/7/365 day you should not draft such a player.

No. However half of that is simply luck. If a guy doesn't want to change, then he isn't going to do it until he hits rock bottom.
Case in point, Manziel. With Pettine now quoting that Johnny's issues ran deeper than anyone in the organization could have known.

Which of course it total horseshit or pure intentional neglect of character. The massive amounts of things heard through social media or first hand accounts, eventually some of them are bound to be true.

torched by Utah and most of the time Orchard ( whom I like in the 2nd) was dropping into coverage.





I was pissed when we took Johnny Jackass last year. I can only imagine how bad I might be if this team considers sinking ANY of their picks from the first 3 rounds into that guy.

I already said I like Grayson, only he doesn't fit the stereotype of a mid major QB who got by with subpar talent... they had plenty talent on offense.
