Baker is such a clown. The man's agent was told in February by the team that they could explore adding an all-pro QB, and yet he gets big mad because team brass met with Watson without telling him. Dude, you aren't that special. Get over yourself.

Just sayin': Mayfield doesn't have a no trade" clause so he goes to whoever Cleveland trades him to. It would be nice for the Browns if multiple teams wanted him, got in bidding war, and in effect drove up the price for him. Anyway, a couple 2nd day draft picks may not be all that bad. There are some real good ones after the top 32 that could be 2nd or 3rd rounders, like #77 and #93:

Why should anyone care who Baker wants to be traded to? Dude, you wanted out, you're getting your wish, but you do realize you don't control what other teams want you, right? He is so full of himself, and not in a good way.

I've heard Seahawks as well. I've also heard the league has so little respect for Baker that the Browns might have to sweeten a trade with an extra pick just to unload his 18M contract. Hopefully a couple teams are interested and they can at least get a pick for him. If Darnold and Wentz can get traded for picks I would think Baker has some value.

So, the clowns could have picked up Ryan for a third round pick, kept all their draft picks, probably unloaded Mayfield to the Falcons and not have to deal with all the negative media around their move.

Oh, and we don't even know how many games Watson will be suspended for. I'm guessing at least 4.

I certainly don't follow the Falcons and know next to nothing about Ryan
but I have many relatives in Georgia... that make comments like
"if someone offered 6 deflated footballs for Ryan... we'd take it.. we'd feel back we snookered them.. but we'd take it"

Yeah, after the disastrous 2021 season, combined with a fairly high contract as you mentioned for someone coming off such a poor season, the Browns are going to have to add a draft pick to get rid of Baker.

I thought he could have gotten something decent in return if packaged with picks, but not now that he's clearly on the way out with suitors running out.. I'm with you. Mariota signed with Atlanta today too.
