Meanwhile, and yes I know it was only one week against the lousy Bears, but Garrapolo looked pretty damn good on Sunday. That game winning drive was masterful work.

I think interviewing someone because they are black is a problem. Equality. Why is that so difficult? If we are all equal, then line up the resumes and do the damn process. Fuck your skin color. We hired a white dude? Great. He must have been the most deserving. We didn’t interview some other guy just because he’s black? Who gives a shit? What did his color have to do with qualifications? The whole Rooney thing is a problem. Who wants to be that guy who is only interviewed because he is black and knows that he isn’t a legitimate candidate? It turns the whole process in to a farce.
