Just came in here to say I'm so happy I could care less for what was once my favorite football team as a kid (including OSU). It's hilarious to think about this front office actually thinking they're doing great things by trading back and getting all these picks. I get it at first but eventually you have to use your high picks because after all what's the point of always trading back if you're just going to do it again the following year and again the year after that.

Still makes me sick as a former fan of this team that they couldn't see that Watson was the best QB in the draft and he was there waiting for them when it was their turn to make the pick (same thing for Hooker). HILARIOUS that the browns ended up with Kizer and Peppers instead of Watson and Hooker.

The fruits of their patients were there waiting for them and yet they fucked it up by continuing to trade back. Reminds me of when Peter is playing 21 in family guy and lands 21 and then keeps saying "hit me" regardless of Lois saying "no don't do it!". Literally their trading had PAID OFF it was right there in front of them and they passed on two slam dunk prospects for absolute shit and the opportunity to draft shit again next year.

As many have said this franchise should fold or move because they're the worst excuse for a franchise in any sport that I've ever seen. Their incompetence and strategy is mind numbing and have confirmed I did the right thing by caring less what happens in any football game on Sunday.

As an outsider, I feel horrible for you guys. In a league where everyone gets the same amount of money to spend each year it is beyond comprehension that differnt owners and GM's continue to make the same mistakes over and over again.
The final straw for me would have been passing up on Hooker and dick slapping OSU Browns fans in the face with the Peppers pick.

I had a friend who went up there on a party bus. Their section was pretty full but the pictures he took show a lot of empty seats throughout the game.

Friend of mine is visiting back home for the Titans game and wants me to spend actual cash to see these fucks. So I'm strongly considering going back through the last.... 6 or so years of Browns/Draft threads.
At which point I'll screenshot the collective "who we wanted" "who we didn't want" "who you gave us" then blow those pictures up, slap them on some poster board and parade them through the Muni.

I pray to Christ it would go viral just to finally show the damning hilarity that random forum personalities have more draft sense than Haslem or whatever front office that clown throws together.
