They were. From the late seventies thru the early nineties, they were the gold standard of incompetence. However, they relocated twice in that period...Buffalo to San Diego to Los Angeles. And I’d argue the nba wasn’t set up for parity the way today’s nfl is. I think it’s much harder to be consistently bad in today’s nfl than in the nba 25-35 years ago.
And Donald Sterling might have been a worse owner than Art Modell and Jimmy Haslam combined.

Since I've given up on the season and look forward to the #1 overall, I'm already watching mid round prospects.

I don't get the Paxton Lynch hype. However I'm really starting to like Carson Wentz.

Mind blowing how our front office can't find talent in a sea of it.
