This guy had the balls to tweet that the rams and browns made a historic miss on Wentz. Now, I guess it might be true but... uhhh... yeah.

Having said that, fwiw (which is nothing) I don't agree with everything the analytics guys have done. (Or are reported to have done, not all of that shit is the whole story, on the other hand they clearly fucked up the Schwartz thing among others) having said that it actually seems like these guys want to play for Hue. And some of these kids on D seem pretty competent. But either way it needed to be torn to the ground. I dunno. See how it goes on offense if they can get everyone on the field and maybe they can patch up the line enough to not get ________ killed every week. See how it goes I guess.

They certainly have had some gaffs so far. I get trying to draw a line in the sand over being played and leveraged by agents, but sometimes you have to swallow your pride like in the case of Schwartz.

But the early returns on several of the guys they've drafted are more promising than in recent years. But that is a low bar and could certainly change quickly. At least it's intriguing to watch young kids going out and losing vs washed up stiffs like Kruger and whitner.

Theres a 100% more of a chance they fire him than they keep him, if he keeps losing and making bad choices. He wasn't given a scrap heap to work with, he put the scrap heap together, letting multiple pro-bowlers walk. He's 100% gone if they go 0-16, literally zero chance they keep him. He's outta here the second the clock hits 0:00 with an 0-16 year.

You again? I thought you were perma-banned when you were AF34 and all the other stupid names you made here....

How did that Johnny Crackhead pick work out for you by the way? :slappy:

Terrelle Pryor says Browns can win out

Pryor, who accounted for 200 of the Browns' 430 yards against the Dolphins, believes the Browns could have been 2-1 this season. A controversial taunting call against Pryor vs. Baltimore and Cody Parkey's missed field goals loom large in the 0-3 start.

"We're so close to getting over that hump,'' said Pryor, who played 14 wildcat snaps. "Once we get over that hump, I think we're going to have a lot of success, even this year. ... I think we can win all the rest of the games. It depends on our mindset. It depends on how we look at it. It's just one week at a time.''

Statements from Browns WR Josh Gordon and EVP of football operations Sashi Brown

“After careful thought and deep consideration I’ve decided that I need to step away from pursuing my return to the Browns and my football career to enter an in-patient rehabilitation facility. This is the right decision for me and one that I hope will enable me to gain full control of my life and continue on a path to reach my full potential as a person. I appreciate the support of the NFL, NFLPA, the Browns, my teammates, my agent and the community through this extremely challenging process.”

If Josh is sincere about him heading to rehab again but voluntary then I wish him well.

Either way, it sucks as a fan. He is supremely talented and this receiver group has shown it might be worth a damn. He was meant to take it to that next level.

Always a faint dim of hope but not something to hold your breath about.
