Since the "rebirth", this snuff film has made 21 selections in the first round, 10 of those in the top 10. Of those 21 selections, I'd argue that three of them have panned out...Joe Thomas, Thomas Mack and Joe Haden. A handful of others managed a good season or two...Winslow, Edwards, Wimbley. Several were unmitigated flops...Quinn, Richardson, Weeden, Mingo, Gilbert, Manziel. Most of the others were middling contributors, or did just enough for a year or two to not be considered total disasters; and of course the jury is still out on guys like Shelton, Erving (doesn't look promising), and Coleman.
It's a dead horse at this point, but how a "professional" sports organization can draft that poorly over that long a period is mind boggling. You almost have to believe they're intentionally fucking it up to preserve your sanity.
