Cleveland Browns (2014 Season)

Beautiful Saturday morning. Got to watch some film on Gilbert. Really hoping our coaching staff doesn't continually play him off
like they did at Okie. Kid has good length and jumping ability. A little stiff in the hips and not really a decent tackler at all.
Of course the stiff hip thing was the same knock on Haden. I really shouldn't complain, so long as he's a decent #2 CB, this defense should be well
improved.

Overall, I am very pleased with what the Browns did in the draft. They addressed positions of need and have built a stronger team a LBJ as mentioned in the Browns so-called draft thread. The offensive lineman we got from Nevada will fit in very nicely. I also think they might be looking a year ahead when Mack is no longer there and maybe they move Greco to C. The staff likes the LB from Iowa so I will go with them and the RB from Towson is a power back and it is something that the Browns had been missing for a long time.

I would like to Browns to pick up a nice WR but maybe the staff know something about Little that we do not. Maybe he has shown some great improvement in off-season workouts. Only time will tell.

Greg Little always looks like a #1 WR until the season starts. 90% of his problem is in his head. If the suspension last year didn't keep Gordon clean I don't think anything will. I'll be surprised if he plays more than 16 games in the rest of his NFL career. That might have been part of the reason they traded back to get a second first rounder next year. Are there any other FA WR available?
