Cleveland Browns (2014 Season)

Speaking of Josh Gordon...how perfect is it that the clowns spend 15 years looking for a legit #1 receiver, finally find one, and he ends up looking more like he should be on an episode of 'Intervention' than on my TV on Sundays?

Edwards wasn't a circus outside of decking a midget outside a nightclub and wanting to be a male model. But yes, you didn't whine about him when he was producing. So, your entire selective hatred of college alma maters is dependent on production, which is obvious because you aren't on here screaming about josh Gordon daily. You're cutting, with a plastic butter knife.

Don't forget ditching practice to go watch his shitty alma mater lose in 2006. Assault is hardly something to sneeze at either... not sure why calling the victim a midget makes it less of an issue.
Anyway skipping practice to watch scUM get pummeled summed up the whole thing. Scew him, the roadkill he rode in on, the incompetent front office that picked him at #3 (he is no Sammy Watkins), and his stone hands that literally cost us games (notable against the Steelers).

Good God man....back away from the keyboard.

I hope you are right, I fear what pressure Pettine will get from the top to play Johnny no matter what..

Ehhh, I have no problem in playing Johnny. We need to know whether he will be a dumpster fire or not. I have no thoughts this is a playoff team. So winning an extra game or two with Hoyer doesn't do anything for me. What we need to know is whether Johnny is our savior. While I don't think he will be, I hope I am wrong. But we have to find out so we don't waste more seasons.

While I don't think any of us expect this team to reach the playoffs barring an absolutely dominant ground game and defense - some success and steady improvement I would say
is vital to this team. You can see the momentum, and the positive attitude from the front office, coaches, players and fans. In order to keep this team moving in that positive direction, winning a game or two extra would really go a long way. Hell, if this team isn't eliminated from playoff contention by week 12/13 - that right there is reason to celebrate.

edit: Let me clarify my stance by saying I'd like the extra wins with Hoyer as the QB.

While I myself don't believe Foosball will be a successful signal caller, if there is even the remote chance of that being wrong - he has to sit a year.
