I never stopped hating the Soldja, Edwards and Quinn. My dislike of picking Manziel is much less than any of those 3. Pretty much equal to picking Weeden. I didn't like the pick, but I give him a shot before I bash him.

Of course I had a problem with Edwards, I didn't want him on the team. I remember watching that Rose Bowl and being very impressed with Derrick Johnson hoping we'd get him. His production, while extremely limited, was more of a surprise
than anything else. Sure, I was pretty happy. Did I expect it? No. Did that change the fact I still would have wanted a different player? Nope.

The only issue I had with Winslow was his attitude. If it wasn't for his knee he probably would have another pro bowl or two under his belt. The talent was there, the attitude simmered when he was in Cleveland.

NONE (Notice I'm putting that in bold) of those two things - Talent and the proper attitude, have been displayed by Manziel.

If you're doing to be a douche nugget, be damned good. If you're going to have questionable skill sets, then be the hardest working motherfucker on this team and keep your nose clean (literally, in Foosball's case)

Hey, I hate them reeeaaalll good. So much so, that I abandoned them for my childhood favorite a couple of years ago. I've openly stated that I think their comedic failures bring me more joy than any success ever would. I almost spontaneously combusted with glee when they drafted Brandon Weeden.

Aside from Edward, I never "bitched" about Winslow, even pre-draft.. I remember doing plenty of complaining during the 2008 season on Braylon. Not 8 months removed his only good year.

I'm not sure whats difficult to grasp. Winslow's character was a question mark, not his talent. Braylon, ehh. Obviously the whole TUN thing and inconsistent hands, although I didn't complain because he wasn't a one man media circus. Manziel is the circus, has questionable character and obviousl holes in his game that don't translate to the pro level. Any of this making sense?

I'm cuttin', but you ain't bleedin'.

Edwards wasn't a circus outside of decking a midget outside a nightclub and wanting to be a male model. But yes, you didn't whine about him when he was producing. So, your entire selective hatred of college alma maters is dependent on production, which is obvious because you aren't on here screaming about josh Gordon daily. You're cutting, with a plastic butter knife.

Comparing the media frenzy of Edwards to Manziel? That's no contest. I didn't "whine" about Edwards because his production was shocking to me. I sure did gripe in 2008 seeing his inconsistency come to light.
Much like many people here I"m sure predicted would happen.

Now you bring up Gordon? Have you not seen most posts calling him a dumb ass? Plus, he was had in the 2nd round of the supplemental draft with enormous upside/potential and talent. Only question, again, was his character.
