I read the other day that the Browns retained their TE coach and now they have a QB coach so I wonder if the OC, what is that, is on board with those two guys. Very confusing.

It's very clear that new coaches won't get hired unless they give consent to the guys put into place by Haslem's regime. that might work in the business world, but it rarely if ever does in pro sports. Usually the head coach is allowed to build his staff with guys he wants on it - not the owner placing people he wants on the staff and making the HC deal with it.
