Cleveland Browns (2013 Season)

So, who was out there at the time? Or have you simply moved on to something new since your Paul Kruger comments blew up in your face?

 My comments are still on that thread... Shoot, 8 teams hired new head coaches last year, and Chudzinski was easily the single worst of the bunch. Even Trestman had a better year than Chud (and I still believe Lovie would have too).

And while you missed the point from NF's first post on it, yeah, Kruger rode Suggs's coattails, as you put it -- he wasn't even a full-time starter until the Browns overpaid him for that half a good year (and his full-time stats were predictably no better than his Ravens backup numbers). Parse the stats all you like: the fact that you consider our back-and-forth a win for you really demonstrates the damaging effect of your Cleveholm Syndrome.

I guess Cleveland media Really let the boys have it when Haslam/Banner had a PC. One of the questions

Steve Doerschuk ‏ @ sdoerschukREP 30s
One verbatim question to Haslam: "Can you assure the fans they don't have The Three Stooges running this organization?"

Banner also said that guys interviewed last year would not be interviewed this year so O'Brien will not be coming.

For me, I want someone who has HC experience in the NFL and I do not want a defensive minded HC (that means no DC's)

Then I'm sure you'll be thrilled to know that one of their first interviews will be with Seahawks DC Dan Quinn

I'm pissed.. at everything and everyone... that has to do with the Browns

and then I read the tweet (and I'm paraphrasing from memory)
Browns have had like 8 coaches since 1999 and no playoffs
Steelers have had 3 coaches since 1969 and 8 Super Bowls
Big Money, I guess you will not like the fact that the last 4 coaches in the AFC North that had been fired and been fired by the Browns:sob:

Those damn gas rebates
“We still feel that way [about the importance of continuity]. We understand there are going to be some skeptics. … Candidly, we deserve it,” he added later. Haslam also admitted that a federal probe into an alleged rebate fraud scheme by his company, Pilot Flying J, has been a distraction, which isn't exactly a surprise.

Haslam continued: “It galls me when people write, ‘Same old Browns.' I think the key message needs to be that we're going to work hard to get this right.”

Again, I never said anything about Kruger being good. I simply showed you where your stats and consequently your assertion, was wrong. Nothing more to it than you trying to save face.
