What's the difference between that and now?

Only difference is Tebow can put you in a better position to be entertaining/watchable/win than the duds we have now.

Depends on your definition of entertaining or watchable. Weeden is garbage, Tebow is the same guy that went 2/8 in pre-season and scored one touchdown against (statistically) one of the worst NFL defenses of the modern era (Pats in 2011)

Litl said it perfectly, Mariota has a heck of an arm, and with his legs, we will need those due to our line
