Cleveland Browns (2012 season)

[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KxWbMH3OWQU&feature=youtube_gdata_player"]Robert Griffin to Josh "Flash" Gordon Touchdown vs Texas Tech 2010 - YouTube[/ame]

Explosive off the line and I Love that he doesnt let the ball hit him in the chest.
He plucks it out of the air. Little is Also physically gifted but not a natural pass catcher.

Question for everyone. Please choose one of the following.

Brian Quick, Stephen Hill, Alshon Jeffery, Ryan Broyles, Reuben Randle, Josh Gordon.

Randle - Gordon/Broyles - Hill - Jeffery - Quick

A healthy Broyles would have been #2

Also....most people hating on the pick fail to realize in comparison what is out there, next years WR draft as of right now is weak. You have 3 studs in Robert Woods out of USC, Keenan Allen out of Cal, and Justin Hunter out of Tennessee. Those guys are long gone when this 2nd round pick we have would have been....so who else would have been there?

Some names CBS throws out are Marquess Wilson out of WSU, Terrance Williams of Baylor, Da'Rick Rogers of Tennessee....none of whom I'd take over Gordon.

Based on that next years crop....2nd round isn't a reach to me.

Similar risk/reward to taking Greg Little in the 2nd round after he sat out a year. Greg had more yac in his highlights coming out, Gordon shows great hands but is supposedly a little raw route running wise. I'm intrigued by the pick hope he can catch on quick and definitely has more long term potential than anyone not named Greg Little.

Screw people who complain about this pick. People (myself included) bitched for years about how they don't take changes and need to. Now they do and those people still bitch. Good for the FO for making things happen.

Exactly...and Buckeyemike, please pick another team to bitch about...your constant PMSing is annoying

I actually LIKE the WR pick - you read my comment you would see that I said they would have fucked this one up if they had kept the 2nd rounder into the next draft.

And I'm not going anywhere. If you don't like it, too goddamn bad. This team sucks, the draft sucked, the FA was nonexistent and I'm going to express my opinion about it.

following your advice this team would have ended up with forrest gump at corner, a RG, and a RT that's shown to be soft and not the athlete he was portrayed to be, all with colt mccoy still under center. if there was ever a recipe for going 4-12 again the above is it. thankfully the browns front office knew better.

I said Richardson would have been the pick. Clairborne would have been the pick IF Richardson wasn't there. Not difficult to comprehend.

Yep a RG. Probably one of the best guards in the past 10 years or so by most draft experts. But what does the front office do? Let the guy fall to a division rival that will be opening holes for whoever is running the ball for the next 10 years or so. Let me add, barring injury he will be one of the best the league has seen in a while.

Martin would be better than what we have there (RT) now considering the FO decided not to dip into FA to go get a servicable upgrade. Nonetheless the front line would be pretty much set for at least the next several years. A line of:

Thomas Pinkston/Greco Mack Decastro Martin

would be a hell of lot better than:

Thomas Pinkston Mack Greco Cousins

Who would you rather have steele? Better yet what would you have done?

If the guys the FO picked pan out..GREAT! I'll give credit where credit is due. But I'm not holding my breath on this one.

I think you forgot our second round pick this year, who is going to be a much better RT than Jon Martin.

And there's no way in hell Greco starts over Lauvao.

yep. decastro was so elite that he fell to the mid 20's and cinci bypassed him once only to then trade down and take a different guard just a few picks later. the decastro hyperbole is over the top here.

trent richardson wasn't going to be on the board at #4.

the browns drafted a RT in the 2nd round that you've apparently forgotten about.
