Is Massaquoi not playing up to snuff?

Mo has actually been more involved then Brian. After last week I'm hoping things are looking up for Robo - we'll see. But neither are legit #1 WR's.

Toss me AJ Green, move Robo to the slot and MoMass outside. That I would feel much better about.

Bills....Maybe but i doubt they would take a WR
Dallas...Nope
Lions.....they SHOULD know they need an O-line
Bungles...Nope
Arizona....maybe, they need a QB

Our first pick DEFIANTLY needs to be the best WR on the board.

TO will probably be gone.. wouldn't surprise me of Ocho is gone either. Don't be surprised if they pick up a WR.

I'm not entirely convinced that drafting a supposed #1 WR is the way go to....

I think they might be able to find someone in free agency while using the draft to bolster the defense. It's usually easier to get a good pass rushing DE in the draft versus a #1 WR....usually.....

Consideration for what? The NFL? Isn't Blackmon a sophmore? I'm not too sure if he's a rSoph - that'd be sweet. I've watched him in a couple games, would love to have him in a Brownies uniform.

According to his Rivals profile Blackmon is a red shirt sophomore.

Agree with the general sentiment that Browns need a can't miss WR. And incredibly projections of draftniks suggest the best of the best are going to be available this year.

What to do, what to do? Been a Brown's fan too long to get my hopes up so high to become absolutely distressed when they trade down in the first round to get more signable selections in the 5th and 6th.:(

I thought I had read somewhere Holgrem wanted to build through the draft and not so much free agency - here is are some who will be available:

Randy Moss, NE
Miles Austin, DAL
Sidney Rice, MIN
Vincent Jackson, SD
Steve Smith, NYG
Santonio Holmes, NYJ
Donald Driver, GB
Mike Sims-Walker, JAC

I can't see us pulling in/wanting anyone on that list.

Santonio? Jets will toss him $$ ..

Same for Austin, he's got Romo coming back but maybe its just volatile enough in Dallas for him to want a change of scenery? Doubtful, but a possible thought.

If it weren't for QBs flopping WRs drafted high would be the next group....of course we can thank Matt Millen for most of that but still.....

Just my view of it....

That may be true, but there are a few guys who look really enticing coming out this year, and given the absolute lack of a playmaking option, it seems like a no-brainer to me. Then again, I'm not an NFL GM. All I know is that if they want to get anything out of Colt, they need to get him a better weapon than Ben Watson.

I agree...I'm just saying that with the Browns likely to win at least two more games this year, the stud WRs may not be there when they are drafting. I'm just saying let's not close the door entirely on a WR Free Agent could who do the job.....
