BEREA, Ohio -- This much is known about the Cleveland Browns' quarterback situation: Derek Anderson will start Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals, and coach Romeo Crennel isn't ruling out using a quick hook.
In short, first-round draft pick Brady Quinn needs to be ready to play, despite the team's preference to bring him along slowly.
"It just depends on how the game goes," Crennel said. "Guys go out and play. If there's evidence or I get the feeling that things can be straightened out, you can give the (starter) a chance. But if things can't get straightened out, then I think you have to do something quickly."

"Man, Frye had that bomb akron bud. You know, the shit that sparkles when you light it up."osugrad21;927966; said:"It's a tough thing to handle, but the game goes on," Winslow said. "We have to move on. Charlie was one of my best friends, on and off the field. It's tough, but we have to focus on the Bengals now."

DA could go out there and lead the Browns to a touchdown on his first drive, and the fans will be booing the next 3-and-out possession.
