Cleveland Browns (2007 & prior)

Skip Bayliss predicts that the Browns will go 0-16. I think they will pull out one win, but 0-16 isn't totally out of the realm of possibilities.

I've been preaching 0-16 since the end of the first half on Sunday. And this time around, there's no light at the end of the tunnel for a loss late in the season. (unless you consider the first pick of the second round light at the end of the tunnell)

So lets count those years. The browns were better only 14 times.

A far cry from bfools "the bengals have always been better than the browns" claim.

I don't think those four years were counted in the original tally is what I was getting at. Chances are that the Browns would have been better in those years too.

Come on guys. One game doesn't mean we can't go to the Superbowl.

Honestly it's just one game and if being a Browns fan has taught me anything it's that we are a model of inconsistency. Therefore we looked terrible in game one but we are going to beat a few teams that we shouldn't beat and then just when you think we are building on our momentum we will get blown out again.

I just hope the Quinnster starts soon that way we can see if we have a foundation piece at QB with which to build a foundation/franchise around.

Frye trade gets Browns' attention

By Sean McClelland

BEREA ? Tight end Kellen Winslow Jr. lost his best friend on the team when the Browns traded quarterback Charlie Frye to the Seattle Seahawks on Tuesday.
"It's a tough thing to handle, but the game goes on," Winslow said. "We have to move on. Charlie was one of my best friends, on and off the field. It's tough, but we have to focus on the Bengals now."
