Not before June now that they put him on the 60 day IL. It doesn't matter, I'm pretty sure he's done done.

That's a major surgery for someone his age.

I like how the fat POS finally got motivated to workout and lose some weight once he was looking for a new job but couldn't be bothered when he felt safe with the Reds.

Fuck him.

As far as Greene goes, he still has time but hopefully grown ups are explaining to him that two pitch pitchers are called relievers. If he wants to be one of them starter guys he had damn well best be developing a 3rd and 4th pitch. Right now he's something like 55% fastball, 40% slider, 5% changeup kind of guy. That ain't gonna cut it kid. Even if you do throw 100.

Yep.

When you can get it up there like he can, and it looks effortless really, that changeup is your money pitch if it's good enough. Master that bad boy and people will dread facing him. A good slider or curve added to it, or even a cutter/sinker in GABP will make him an Ace for a long time. He's got guys busting their asses finally on the offensive side of the field he just has to be the man. Ashcraft is the perfect guy to emulate in my opinion because of the ground balls he forces down on the river where a pop fly lands in the first row from June to August.
