Burrow looks great, but that is about it. Defense is atrocious again...I know we had a TON of injuries on that side of the ball but it is still inexcusable to do that against the Browns. OL can't block their way out of a paper bag...Burrow is doomed. Oh no, we suck again (to quote the Water Boy). Burrow it in indeed, lose the rest of the games this year and try to draft an OL and some defense.

It’s definitely not anywhere near all Burrows fault but he REALLY needs to learn to just throw the ball away in some situations. Gotta preserve yourself with the hits your gonna take in the first place.

you shouldn’t have said anything nice bout the OL. They’ve been trash in the 4th and OT. As have the DBs.

That OL is atrocious. Hate to say it, but Jordan and Price are just getting eaten alive. Then Hart is his usual shit-tastic self that the Bengals staff tries to inexplicably defend. I'd like to say they just need time to gel, but I've seen enough to know it's not going to get much better this year and we just need to throw a ton of money at that position next year. Williams might be a serviceable RT if he moves from LT and Hopkins seems average at center, but that's about it. The rest of them can all go packing. Burrow looks seriously legit though, he just needs help. Green looks way past his prime and not worth a franchise tag... Boyd, Higgins, Tate and Thomas need the bulk of the targets moving forward. Might as well throw the ball 50 times again with our garbage run blocking.

But hey, we didn't lose right?

Honest question as an outsider, they have Mixon and Barnard. I know they think Barnard is brittle, but why not run more like the Browns do (or at least did this week)? If the line is so terrible in pass coverage (and they are), maybe they’re better run blockers? Isn’t it better to get Gio killed than Burrow?
