Cincinnati Bengals (2011 Season)

Bob Holtzman reporting that Carson Palmer could report to the Bengals next week.

This was all a ploy by Palmer and his agent. They assumed the Bengals would go out and spend money close to the cap (minus Palmer's $11 million). Then Palmer would reappear and force the Bengals to cut him in order to get under the cap. That is why he never filed for retirement. Didn't play out that way. Not sure if it was because Mike Brown knew that or was just cheap. Probably both.

So now Palmer wants his money. Mike Brown is awful, but Palmer is a little bitch. Hopefully the knew drill during practice is "smear the queer" with Palmer playing the role of the queer. Just make him stand on the field while the entire team gets to take shots at him. Might as well get some enjoyment out of that $11 million.

He wants out of the organization.....so be it. Trade him. But not to sunny California or anywhere on the west coast where he wants to be. No, instead trade him to the Browns. That way he gets shittier weather and at least twice a year the Bengals can take some frustration out on the bitch.

The thing is if you are going to trade him you want to make sure you get something worth it out of him. The teams that needed a QB alredy had plans in place so there was not much of a market for him out there. Maybe they could get something from the redskins or the seahawks, but those teams are just as bad as the bengals in my opinion

E!SPN actually used the excuse "He's led his team to a Super Bowl" when talking about the QB controversy in Washington. Rex Grossman did next to nothing to help them to the Super Bowl. It was a combination of a great defense and Devin Hester playing out of his mind of special teams. Silly E!SPN analysts.

And I agree, both teams would be much better with Palmer taking the snaps than their current situations.

Police said a package containing 2 1/2 pounds of marijuana was delivered from Eureka, Calif., to the suburban Kentucky home of Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Jerome Simpson on Tuesday, where authorities say they conducted a search and found six more pounds of marijuana inside.
Michelle Gregory, spokeswoman for the California Department of Justice, confirmed to the Cincinnati Enquirer a report published by CaliforniaWatch.org, a group of investigative journalists, on Wednesday night, which detailed the operation. It was initiated by a special marijuana task force after agents discovered a suspicious package at a commercial sorting facility in Sacramento.

Simpson's teammate, offensive tackle Anthony Collins, was also present when a woman, identified as Aleen Smith, 27, accepted the package on Tuesday. All three were questioned at the residence, but no arrests were made at the time.
Simpson told police that he lived at the residence and gave officers consent to search the premises, Gregory said. Police allegedly found other empty parcels, scales and packaging material inside Simpson's home.
"The house was set up as a potential distribution network," said Tommy LaNier, head of the National Marijuana Initiative, a group that is funded by the Office of National Drug Control Policy and helps coordinate marijuana enforcement operations around the United States. "They had it all set up to receive supplies of high-grade marijuana from Northern California, and from there, it was being distributed from that residence," LaNier told California Watch.
All the packages were sent from an area of Northern California known as the "Emerald Triangle," LaNier said. The area is known for producing large amounts of marijuana.....

The funny thing about the club seats is they were always half empty when the stadium was selling out. You might have the section all to yourself.

Hooray! I'll try to start an "SEC! SEC! SEC!" chant with all of the people from Kentucky who came to watch the game.
