It's really one continuous rolling smorgasbord from ten till late ...

After a great breakfast of Irish Sausage - Danish Bacon - Crumpets - Jellies - Fried Onions & Tomatoes

We get an interlude of fresh broiled salmon on toast point, with capers and cream cheese

Various snacks and some homemade pizza (anchovies - yum!), cheeses from around the world on whole wheat crackers, fresh made salsa and other goodies.

We don't do a soup ...

The main dishes are:

Cauliflower Cheese

Twice Baked Yukon Taters (Roasted)

Italian Cut Green Beans

Creamed Carrots

Spring Peas

Brussel Sprouts

Standing Rib Roast

Yorkshire Pudding

Dessert is Brandy - Remy Martin VSOP over Rum-Raisin Ice Cream

Was going to be ham and all the fixens at my Uncles, but as me, my wife and both kids are under the weather and didn't want to share what we have with the rest of the family, we stayed home and the wife whipped up meatloaf patties, mashed potatoes, green beans, and Christmas cookies for desert.

Had a delicious turkey, mashed potatoes, corn, and a delicious chocolate creme pie for dessert with the girlfriend's family. There were other items, but I loaded up on the turkey and potatoes. Ham and prime rib are coming later this week. Her family certainly keeps me well-fed, I got pot roast left-overs delivered to me at work for my very late dinner (10pm) on Christmas Eve! :biggrin:

Prime Rib (good god I forgot how expensive this cut is)
Macaroni and cheese
corn
sweet potatoes
cheese and meat tray
Vegetable and fruit tray
dinner rolls

Dessert (are family really likes dessert)
cheesecake
green jello stuff (actually pretty tasty)
Christmas cookies
eclairs
rum cake

Chinese takeout from Hunan House, baby. :banger:

- Szechuan beef
- Sesame chicken
- Roast duck
- General Tso's tofu
- Spring rolls
- Thai mini egg rolls
- Spicy dumplings

"Paired" with McWilliams Merlot, Southeastern Australia, because that's what we had around. :drunks:
