At the very least Fick and crew will take some of his strategies and schemes moving forward.

I disagree with promoting from within here, this is one of the top DC openings this year and it should produce a top level coach in Columbus. Lose a position coach, hire a position coach.

Yes. And look at Bama's secondary this time last year compared to right now. Looks a lot better, 13th in the country for pass yards per attempt. I guess QB play in the SEC is aweful, but it was last year too.
