Chris Ash (Secondary Coach Jacksonville Jaguars)

Knew it was coming eventually but overall, these apprentices (Durkin included) taking lower level B1G jobs is not a good thing for the masters.

I'll wait to see who the replacement is before I get too worried however.

That athletics dept is a dumpster fire. He has his work cut out for him.
Yeah, it's kind of a head scratcher. I wouldn't want to be hired as a head coach by a school that is still looking for an athletic director. By definition you're going to be working for a boss that didn't hire you. (Unless they replaced Julie Hermann already and I haven't heard about it.)

RU probably went the "well it was a really big check" route

if he did it in the cheap he made a mistake imo

Wow - with Coach Ash taking the Rutgers job, and that along with all the Buckeye players, that will leave early for the NFL, it sure looks as if the Roster is going to take a huge hit for the 2016 season. We can't really say that it will be a Re-loading year but rather for the 1st time in a long time, we will be in a Re-building mode I guess. When was the last time we were in that position?
