I'm pretty sure provolone would be good on chocolate cake. It just makes everything better. It might even make White Castle a good sober food.

I never understood the whole Cheesewhiz on cheesesteak either. Apparantely in Philly you have two options: Cheesewhiz or provalone. Provalone is so much better.
If you order Swiss like John Kerry did, you'll get run out of town.

Basically, to me, it is spreadable Velveta. I prefer provolone for Philly Steak sandwiches, but have had the Wiz on them and it wasn't bad.

Agreed, but only if it's consumed at either 5:00 am (coming home from a long night out) or noon (hair of the dog, plus whiz).
