Took a half day today to get my car looked at so at least it’s a half day. Then again I have to find a way to workout while the car is in the shop.

As you say, it won’t be easy. Like Rocky 4 famously said… there’s no easy way out. There’s not short cuts home.

I only work 4 hours on Fridays (yeah its a sweet gig - out at noon every Friday) - but with my sons swim meet, i'm torn to decide if i try the old pause the tv and avoid people/phone or if I just get updates on my phone when I can and come home to watch the 4th quarter live

Game Day is effin here. Getting together with my dad and some other OSU fans, and taking off a little early from work and just skipping lunch with the anticipation. The RB07OSU prediction is 31-17 Buckeyes. Texas has a good DL that could slow us down early, but we'll pull away in the 4th. Go Bucks, all focus on getting back to the Natty.

Regardless, I applaud you for choosing your son. I'm sure he knows how much Ohio State and this game means to you. If there was ever a question in his mind, he now knows your love and devotion to him. Well done!

family will always come first, that has been my #1 unbreakable rule in life. My dad worked way to much when i was little and missed out on a bunch. i have to laugh a little because he's equally mad about the game being on the same time as swim - thankfully this meet is at home and just 2 minutes from our house so we'll dip out of there quickly to at least catch the end of the game.

Kenny Guiton even is heads above anyone on that list.

Btw my music was playing in the room next to me and I was listening to old school rock. Then for some damn reason this started playing and I’m not joking. Buckeyes by 100
