CFP Playoff Committee justs makes s#!t up

Alabama isn’t beating Georgia. They have more problems than we do.

Alabama definitely is not what they've been, but they still have enough talent in the tank to beat anyone on a given Saturday. UGA isn't as good as they've been the last few years either. I wouldn't be shocked if UGA wins easy but I also wouldn't be shocked if Bama manages to win.,

The committee is smart, they comically kept Tennessee, who was not competitive in any of their losses and their best win is against 7-5 Kentucky easily in the top 25 at #21 so they can use that extra "quality win" to help justify the boost of Bama into the playoff over Oregon & Texas that will happen if they win. The SEC aint getting left out.

UGA has to win. UGA is 100% getting in over us (as they should) if this plays out but Bama wins the SEC title game.

If Bama wins and Oregon beats Washington get ready for this possibility:

TCUN
FSU
Bama
Georgia

If FSU loses then Oregon makes it in that scenario. Bama leapfrogging Texas would be the most SEC thing ever. I wouldn't put it past them.

I 100% expect Bama to leapfrog Texas if it comes down to them and Texas. Them beating the 2 time defending champ and ending their win streak coupled with the already built in SEC (and Bama) benefit of the doubt is going to easily win out over a head to head in week 2 of the year.

I think the committee would be relieved if FSU lost. Their offense looked like garbage without Travis vs 5-7 Florida.

They completed less than 50% of their passes and gained 224 yards. They'll get whupped in a playoff game if that's all they can muster, but if they're 13-0 it will be controversial if they are left out.

My dream scenario for chaos

Oregon wins
those cunts up north lose
Bama wins
FSU loses
Tejas wins

Now, you have no undefeateds, 8 P5 one-loss teams of which 3 are conference champs and 5 are non-champs.
They would do this:

1 - Oregon
2 - Texas
3 - Bama
4 - Georgia

5 - tCun
6 - tOSU
7 - Washington
8 - Fla St

It hasn’t been talked about that much, but UGA and tCun need to win to be safe. Georgia could be left out if FSU and Texas win.

This is a nightmare for us as well as scUM will actually cake walk into the title game this time, it's fun to mock them for losing to TCU last year, but they aren't losing to a FSU team with Rodemaker at QB

Bama getting in over Texas would cause a shit storm but it's "the SEC" so I wouldn't be shocked. I could still see FSU getting jumped if they manage to beat Louisviille but their offense looks like Iowa Lite, again.

I also think they'd have a hard time leaving Georgia out as two-time defending champ, 29-1 their last 30 games, and they destroyed Bo Nix and Oregon last year. We can pretend it's just about this season's resume, but we're kidding ourselves if we don't think the brand matters.
