But I think we were referring to teams hoping to get to the playoffs. Florida finished 4-8 in 2013. Had they won that game, they still weren't making it to the playoffs.

while do understand your point and mentioning that Florida lost to and FCS school isn’t really relevant to this discussion.

but since Florida lost to an FCS school, it does prove that it is always possible for a big name school like Florida to lose to an FCS school.

and since Florida lost to an FCS school, they are now in the same boat as another Big Name school. Because Those Shitstains UP North also lost to an FCS school.

Fair enough. But what is the SEC's record against FCS teams the last X years (go with whatever number you want - 5, 10, 20 - whatever), compared to the Big Ten's record against Big Ten teams? The discussion was about playing 8 games in-conference vs. 9 games in-conference, and how it could potentially hurt playoff teams.
