I don't think it's a coincidence that Moody's boss has Presidential aspirations, but I don't want to turn this into a political discussion.
No court is going to do what they're asking and they know it. But it's making some Floridians feel better and getting attention online.

Seems like the Committee/networks have already turned the page on the idea of a P5.
It's official next year, but they acted "as if" it were already the case this year.

A. it's has been a written rule, then an unwritten but understood rule, that the Power 5 and Group of 5 are treated differently from each other.
B. Cincy had a 2 game cushion over everyone else record wise that year. UCF had not such cushion
