  • Beanie over Bike Hart. Its not even close.
  • Santonio Holmes was, is and shall always be better than Braylon fucking Edwards.
  • Mangold should be on the OL list
  • NFL All Pro and B10 DPOY Will Smith should be on the DL
  • Marlin Jackson? Are you fucking kidding me?

Beanie Stats
3382 career rushing yards,30 td's

Hart
5040 career rushing yards,41 td's

Not sure how it's "not even close"

I thought he was being a homer and messing around because he did it with a couple Michigan players. No way Braylon Edwards shouldnt be on the list, no matter how good Santonio was.

So Edwards should be on the list before a player that was better than he was?

Ok.

If they're both healthy, it's still a tough choice.

Can't go wrong with either one.

oooook

You take Hart, I'll start my franchise with Beanie thanks.

I'm sure Chad Henne and John Navarre have more career passing yards than Troy Smith. Anyone going to tell me they want one of those two over Troy Smith?

Just because I started my argument with Heisman doesnt mean that is the sole reason. If I started it with wins/losses would you be throwing out names like David Greene and Ken Dorsey to disprove me? I'm just saying that when a player wins "The Best Player in College Football" award then it should be added to the resume of great accomplishments.

Also considering that only around 25 QB's have ever won the Heisman than I dont think its that big a reach to think that some of the 10 best QB's ever won the award.

Obviously the award isnt everything for a career (as seen with Vince Young/Tommy Fraizer) but its something. I just used that as one of the multiple reasons why I have Tebow/Leinart up there. I also have them up there from what I've seen with my own eyes (04 Rose Bowl/05 vs Notre Dame/08 vs. Georgia/08 SEC Championship Game/Etc.)

I guess my point was that in the discussion for all-time great QB's, winning the Heisman wouldn't be a supporting argument that I would even acknowledge.

To me, if they are both healthy, it's Beanie by a mile. However, Bike did have decent consistency. I'm not saying Hart wasn't a great back, because he was the leading rusher in Michigan history. I just think Beanie was almost unstoppable when fully healthy.

Wait you are actually arguing this? Come on, Santonio was a GREAT player but Edwards was the better college WR. This isnt really debatable.
