I think he is on that path... he's a different guy than UFM.

Urban was all pressure and all about no nonsense. Day strikes me as extremely likeable and kind. Two very different leadership styles.

Absolutely, let’s not at all discount the continuing effect of Urban’s Mariotti/Pantoni/Voltolini machine and the rest of the awesome staff Day was able to hold onto when he took over.
