Apparently Mullens doesn't even go to World Harvest Church, which I've always found kind of odd for someone who goes to school there...I've definitely heard that it is quite cult like and that they want to use their athletics program as an evangelical tool, and judging from the fact that the place is run by Rod Parsley I can understand that

Canal is going to have a hell of a team next year

I played against Mullens today during open gym and have seen him working out a few times since his transfer to Canal Winchester. I can't make any judgements on his game after one open gym session but I can tell you the kid is enormous. At 7'1" he's obviously tall but I was surprised by his frame. He has some solid mass for a high school sophomore and is working with a trainer in the weight room. He's also going to get a lot of personal attention from the coaching staff and won't lack from quality instruction. Its going to be fun watching this kid develop.
