Apparently he's paid to clap on the sidelines and lie in press conferences. He doesn't seem to do much of anything else, including win football games.

If history is our guide then Hoke will be fired this week & Weis will receive $116 Million to finish out the season. His severance package will include interest on the school endowment in perpetuity.

Odd time to post a .gif from 2 years ago, especially after ND clocked out on the Michigan series by embarrassing the Wolverines 37-0 in South Bend. Hoke probably regrets the silly chicken comments now given the fact the Irish have dropped the Wolverines in favor of tOSU, Georgia, Texas A&M, and a Texas team that will probably be decent again after a year or two to rebuild.
