I guess I just don't understand what the big deal is all about. If people want to live a certain way, they should be able to carry the baggage that goes with it. Also, how many times in Quinn's life do you think he has been called something that questions his character or his family?

Who cares what Brady did. Oooooh, he yelled at some gays for being gay. So what, it has to be pretty strange for an all-american kid to see a bunch of predatorial gay people in the short north accosting young gay teens as we see weekend in and weekend out. The man "spoke his mind". In certain circles that is quite alright.

I don't think that shouting insults should be considered speaking one's mind. There's a clear difference in my opinion..

I have a feeling that people would have a different opinion if this if it weren't Brady Quinn. If it were just some random guy on the street shouting insults at homosexuals, would you think "Oh, he's just speaking his mind." or would you think "What an asshole, that's completely unnecessary."

Unless the homosexual people in question were insulting Quinn, I have a feeling that most people would find shouting insults as completely unnecessary. Each to his own, I guess..

I'm not a Browns fan (I don't dislike them, either. I'm a Niners' fan.). But it's good to see that he was cooperative. The other guy was not.

So what if I went to east LA and yelled at black people for being black. It must be pretty strange for an all-american kid like me to see a bunch of 'predatorial' (whatever the hell that means) black people in east LA accosting younger black men. I just 'spoke my mind' and called them a bunch of niggers.

Funny, I live about ten blocks directly south down Halstead of a major, major gay neighborhood, I don't see anything like it. Hell, Wrigley Field is right next to their neighborhood, and I don't see the predators coming over to accost teens at the baseball games. They must be in disguise.

Ekeen, have you ever really wondered why, when a city does a sting of illicit homosexual sex in public places like Columbus used to do when I lived there, the majority of arrestees are married suburbanites? Has that odd curiosity ever intrigued you in any manner?

Sorry for all you sensitive guys I offended out there. I am sorry and I beg for your forgiveness.

I have seen some of the women Brady has dated and I know why he feels weirded out by guys that want to bang other guys. I am sorry once again for being so insensitive and not in touch with your feelings.

Perhaps this olive branch will sooth all worries.
