Big Data is People
  • Today has been a stressful day. My wife is in the hospital (she'll be fine and in great spirits, it is just a blood clot that was found in time), but while I was there I realized that it's great to be able to come to a place like this, laugh about the exploding heads up north or read through one of the old Jeffcat threads or something.

On days like today, BP was a place that I was able to go to for 2 or 3 minutes and semi-relax.

For that I thank you all. I would like to especially thank Clarity for founding it and all of the mods, admins and posters here who make this place what it is today.

Have a good night everyone...."see" you later.

I'm so glad to hear that your wife is doing well after the scare Mike. Get some rest big guy. Your wife and you - and your family - will all be in our prayers.

    Thank you.

She ordered me home around 1AM or so....sleep won't come easy tonight that's for sure....

I'm glad your wife is okay, Mike. Sounds like a scary day.

Also, don't you steal her jello.

    thank you.

If I tried I'd probably pull back a bloody stub that used to be a hand :wink2:

a minor update on the wifey: They found some other clots forming in her legs, but we got lucky and found everything before it became a major issue. She's in decent spirits and is resting comfortably when the pain meds are working.
