Wife is fine - check

OK since that's taken care of...I think we should get to the real issue here:

Mike you are obviously over the bump and no longer in your early 20's. The lack of testosterone is clearly evident in your first post. My recommendation is to hit the doctor up for some hormone pills STAT before you start posting about fabric swatches & lace doilies.

For the love of god man. :(

It's too late, he's probably at the hospital cafeteria trying to buy some orange creme margaritas right now.

a minor update on the wifey: They found some other clots forming in her legs, but we got lucky and found everything before it became a major issue. She's in decent spirits and is resting comfortably when the pain meds are working.

"Blood clots can occasionally form when sexual activity isn't occurring often enough. Frequent sexual activity has been proven to greatly reduce the likelihood of blood clots reforming."

There. Now you can always tell her a valid reason for having sex - keeping those damn blood clots away. It must be true, you read it on the Internet.

Okay, I work in a hospital and we don't have margaritas in our cafeteria. How can we change this to allow the distribution of alcohol in my work environment?

nah no margaritas for us...although if the wifey could enjoy one right now I think she would...

See what I mean about this place being special? Another stressful day and I come back on here to see that Buckizzle is a father. Good times

(Wifey is ok but in a bit of pain - the medicine to break up the clots causes it)...

Glad to hear she is on the mend.

And that you have firmly rejected margaritas of the orange creme variety.

Thank you everyone. She's in her room now and sleeping. Everything is going to be ok.

:oh:
:io:

Can't believe the rest of the knuckleheads left you hanging there. :wink2:

Glad to hear she's okay.

Good news for me, sure...but the rest of you motherfuckers had best be scared shitless. I give her two weeks 'fore she's snappin' necks and cashin' checks.

thanks all....

I showed her the thread about the $2200 HDMI cable and she thought the responses here were pretty hilarious.

She's doing a bit better. More energy and less shortness of breath. We don't quite know when we'll be bringing her home yet though.
